The city of Hertha is located in the fictional world of Arda, which was created by J.R.R. Tolkien for his legendarium. Specifically, Hertha is situated in the land of Númenor, an island kingdom in the Great Sea to the west of Middle-earth. Númenor was a powerful realm inhabited by the Dúnedain, a race of men descended from the Edain who fought alongside the Elves in the First Age. **

It is difficult to definitively say whether Hertha is the worst capital city club in Europe, as this is subjective and can change from season to season. While Hertha has had its struggles in the Bundesliga, there are other capital city clubs in Europe that have also faced challenges. Ultimately, the title of "worst" is not a fair assessment, as all clubs have their own unique circumstances and challenges. **

Relegation is determined by a team's performance throughout the season, including their points total and goal difference. If Hertha BSC does not improve their form and results, they are at risk of being relegated to the 2. Bundesliga. **

It is subjective to say whether Hertha BSC deserves relegation or not. Relegation is often based on a team's performance throughout the season, and if Hertha BSC has not performed well enough to stay in the league, then relegation may be deserved. However, there are many factors that can contribute to a team's performance, such as injuries, coaching changes, or financial constraints, which may have impacted Hertha BSC's results. Ultimately, relegation is a consequence of a team's performance on the field, and if Hertha BSC has not met the standards required to stay in the league, then relegation may be seen as deserved. **

Hertha Berlin's chances of being saved from relegation are slim, but not impossible. With only a few games left in the season, they will need to secure wins and hope for other results to go their way. The team will need to show determination and fight in every match to have a chance of staying in the top flight. It will be a tough challenge, but with the right mindset and performances, Hertha still has a chance of being saved. **
